HR Services Department
The purpose of the Human Resource Services Department is to provide professional Human Resource and Administration support services to BEDIA to enable the Authority to concentrate its efforts on the attainment of its mandate. It is responsible for ensuring that the Authority has a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
The department is the custodian of Human Resource and Administration policies and procedures and oversees compliance by staff. It is also responsible for implementation of change initiatives like PMS and the Balanced Score Card which promote excellence at the organisational and individual levels.
